Beginning on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, traffic on West 41st Street between Kuehn Park Avenue and Valley View Road will switch from the north side of the road to the south side of the road to allow crews to perform concrete and storm drainage repairs. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within three weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Beginning on Thursday, September 8, 2022, the outside southbound lane on South Minnesota Avenue will be closed at 23rd Street to allow crews to perform a concrete pavement repair. One southbound lane will be maintained at all times during construction.

The west sidewalk will also be closed between 22nd Street and 24th Street with pedestrian traffic being detoured to the east side of Minnesota Avenue.

Weather permit, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.
