When everything revolves around innovative metalworking solutions at AMB 2022 from 13 to 17 September, Pero's high-end cleaning systems will be there. They can be used to reliably and efficiently remove contamination from a wide range of parts.

Pero offers various solutions for parts cleaning tasks. At AMB, experts from the company will be demonstrating how this is done in Hall 5, Stand C65, using the latest Pero R1 premium system as an example.

Continuous further developments in hardware and software ensure maximum throughput and simple, straightforward operation. This is demonstrated, among other things, by the latest generation Pero R1 solvent cleaning system exhibited at AMB 2022.

It reliably cleans up to 20 batches of 35 kg per hour and also has a smart drying control system and an innovative operating concept. Among other things, this includes concrete help texts that make input even easier and clearer. Independent operation is thus possible after a short time.

Equally helpful: The distillation quality in the steam generator is constantly monitored. In addition, a so-called shift automatic ensures the self-cleaning of the baths and the steam developer as well as the drying of the filters. The Pero R1 can completely distil the steam generator in just 60 minutes.
